Do you provide the cleaning products, or do I need to?
We bring all our own tried-and-tested cleaning products with us—so you don’t need to worry about supplies. For hygiene reasons, we kindly ask clients to provide a hoover/vacuum cleaner for their property.
What happens if I’m unhappy with my clean?
We strive to deliver the highest standards on every visit. However, if you're not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours. We'll arrange for a cleaner to return and address the issue. We kindly request that you're present for the correction to ensure you’re happy with the result.
What if I want to cancel a booking?
No problem at all! We understand that plans change. Simply notify us before 9am the day prior to your scheduled clean to cancel without charge.
If you're on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly plan—rest assured, there are no long-term contracts. You're free to pause or cancel services at any time, as long as our 9am notice policy is followed.
What if my cleaner is running late?
Our cleaners aim to arrive exactly at your scheduled time. In the rare event of a delay (e.g., due to traffic), your cleaner will contact you directly. If you’re unsure of their whereabouts or need to leave, feel free to call our office—we’ll provide an update and ETA.
